Return and refund policy.

Thank you for purchasing from Guittard UK. We hope you'll be delighted with everything you purchase from us, both now and in the future.

Due to the nature of our business and for the safety of our customers, items purchased from us need to be returned within 30 days of the receipt, unopened and in their original condition. You can return products by hand or by post to:

If any of our products arrived with you damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchases.

To return your items, please complete the following steps:

1) Please email us at guittard@buckleyandbeale.co.uk and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. You may also call us at 01454 219445.

2) Please wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

3) Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address above.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund delivery or handling charges.
